The Golden Brine started with one question: why does India — a country that loves bold flavour — not have a world-class dill pickle?

I'm Aman Sharma. I spent years in professional kitchens before I decided to answer that question. Every batch is made by hand in Bhopal — fresh cucumbers, real dill, a traditional American brine, and absolutely nothing artificial.

This isn't a factory product. It's a craft product. Made with the same care I'd put on any restaurant plate.
